Who Writes This Site and How It Is Checked

The legal operator is Platinum Car Rental PLC, Welelay Building, 5th Floor, Bole, Addis Ababa. Site content is written and reviewed on the company’s behalf. The people who write the site are not the drivers, and a guide on this site is general information, not advice from a licensed tour guide, security adviser or lawyer. Named staff profiles will only be published with each person’s consent.

We use three levels of checking:

• General guidance (what to ask for, how to compare quotes): normal editorial review.
• Operational statements (response times, prices, vehicle capacity, payment terms): published firmly only when confirmed by company records; otherwise worded conditionally, with the written quote as the binding description.
• Safety-sensitive topics (regional travel, insurance, payload, security): we link current official sources and do not describe any route as safe.

Drivers are checked before their first assignment and briefed for each booking. Vehicles are maintained by us and allocated by class. If your organisation needs specific vetting, documentation or insurance evidence, ask before booking and we will say in writing what we can provide.
